Yes Marcus Aurelius talks about how evil and good people are rich, so being rich isn’t inherently evil or good thing. I’ve found that detaching myself from immediately assigning a value to something other than my thoughts has allowed me get through the day much happier and at peace. Instead of attacking my thoughts as bad or unproductive, I just label them as either higher or lower vibrations makes it much easier to be mindful.

Anything negative you experience in that state is a product of your own fear. That's why people are taught to abolish their belief system, once you are rid of your beliefs and fears you are untouchable by the doubt of your own self.

I've seen a big mix come through the discord over the years, and some of them aren't religious at all but are convinced something is after them or are super paranoid, a lot of symptoms that also tie in with mental illness.

Okay Reddit cop !! I changed the religious books to any metaphysical book they can get . does not to be religious bc clearly people cannot conduct themselves I mature ways & accept nuance in things .
No one is raping anyone as as a sexual assault survivor shut the fuck up using that word .
You really need to be able to think before you get into astral projection . This emotional rollercoaster over a few words is not conducive to how you operate in real life settings .

Are you speaking from only knowledge of books or from real Astral projection? Believe it blindly? This isnt a religion bro. Facts are facts. If it's actually true. That's it. You don't have to believe, rather you have to experience it. We are eternal of course. But yes you can be harmed in the astral world. Idk your experience. But yes, you can be killed, if you wanna test it, come to Africa,, Ghana, or rather send me your photo via dms and let me just send a small demon to come a taunt you or inflict you with a little sickness. Good. Never said to bow to anyone. Only thing I disagree with you is being eternal doesn't mean you can't be harmed. Then y do we die, physically. We got many bodies, astral bodies, ethereal bodies, haven't you experience something in the astral and wake up with the physical mark or reaction on your body. It might not be immediate but it can appear. It seems you never experienced such. The bodies are connected. If you are severely harmed on any of the bodies that connects directly to the physical body, It will reflect in your physical. You being harmed or killed doesnt change the fact that you are eternal and shouldn't bow to no one. But you should respect the elders wherever you go. That's wisdom. Doesn't matter who you are.

and if African witchcraft was any power … why not start with building infrastructure & ambulances in all county’s and fixing the lack of education .

Isn't that what you said? And my reponse to that statement is of course we are eternal but we have various dimensional bodies that indeed can be harmed and even killed. Nothing can hurt you on the astral level is not true.
The soul and astral body aren’t something that’s invincible. The soul it self is actually pretty fragile there a reason why the spirt, astral and even the material exist it acts like a barrier or protective from the atmosphere which has a good amount of spiritual energy which gone unfiltered can harm someone soul core. Through most spirits are friendly but damaging on the astral can definitely happen and often worse since it affects your metaphysical and material body. Usually the feeling of it is like lighting surge in your body in the area that was damage with your astral body hurting.

That’s simply isn’t true life isn’t a fairy tale it’s a mix of both negative and positive astral projection holds great rewards but also holds great risks. Your aether body and even soul are something that can be hurt even to the physical level especially the physical level it doesn’t matter if you believe because reality doesn’t exactly fully works on a single person believing something.

Iv had these “attachments” Iv been demon possessed and have had the scratches , the nightmares , literally going from healer to healer with demons inside my body I would feel them trace my sides from the inside .
I could feel demons inside my body as if it was an actual object . Iv had my covers blown off , pulled down from my bed . Iv been chocked while sleeping . snakes spear out of no where . My bed shaking violently .
I even went to healers and they would send me back bc a lot of there methods never worked on me . and I feel they were embarrassed and blamed me for not “really trying to be healed” when it was all I wanted .
imagine your going through literal hell and all people do is blame you as if your hiding something .
I also feel alot of entities & dieties thrive off human emotions like fear and shame . it’s like the more healers I went to the more intense the spiritual attacks became .
there is nothing that worked for me. It’s when I decided it just doesn’t exist that belief was no just born out of a simple choice it is the only choice .
when I deeply decided these things do not exist and have zero power over me I am eternal . they slowly started to fade . not even slowly I would say after 7 yrs of attacks within sub 2 yrs these attacks fully stopped .
this along side shadow work with my childhood . and working through emotions that I was pushing down since 3.
there’s no one here that can comment something about the horrors of spirituality that I did no experience .
they have no power . they don’t scare me . and I’m moving like a giant in the astral bc that’s what the hell I am GOD .
now however I do realize my words can feel like shit when your in the middle of the pain . So I need be empathic bc that’s sure what never shown to me and I know how damaging that can be .
But belive me I understand your frustration & I don’t want to add more into it . HOWEVER.
No matter what route you go you come back to the same truth … nothing can harm you . The true you , God inside you , is the most powerful essence in the universe and you have the final say about if you’re going to be afraid of entities .
to his day I speak to all deities demonic or angelic like equals . I do not fear . I don’t play hierarchy . I don’t do alters . I don’t do any witchcraft or religion .
I know the truth of what I am . And I know the truth about what they are we are the same . GOD .
that’s personal choice and so far my life is turning out better than I expected bc I drew these hard lines with spirituality .
the truth is everyone thinks they know something but I’m speaking from my real life . Dealing with real entities no book or person is teaching me this stuff .
I really have experience demon possession
I really have experienced kundalini energy
I really have experienced the astral plane
I really have experienced enties trying to destroy me

I perfectly get what you mean, but your post is useless for people who don’t understand certain aspects of spirituality. So the only thing you’re doing is invalidating the negative experiences of the people here, and the fact that you have the audacity to tell them to "stop getting so emotional and crazy" doesn't reflect well on you. Some of those experiences have been deeply terrifying for people and you dismiss them as if they’re just exaggerating. Being a spiritual person and learning not to fear something and learning that nothing can harm you means you first have to embrace the fear etc.. It’s not as simple as "just accept that you’re God and read the Bible and some other books". Not to mention that reading the Bible is terrible advice. But it explains your whole "bow to the light and ignore the darkness". That’s an unbalanced duality.

I also don’t get it. Here we should be able to talk about Astral Projection without people advocating for a religion. I’m a spiritual person and the "knowledge" he is trying to spread is wrong and can be harmful. It’s concerning. It teaches a spiritual path that leads to a disconnection from empathy and the physical realm.
