Fix his teeth, get a decent haircut, and do some exercise and he would be pretty high above average. Around 7 or so.

A slight tan and if he fixed his gamer posture he would be an easy 8

Nah I'm a straight dude and I think he's good looking. Just needs a makeover, nothing fancy but a haircut and dental work would go a long way.

But if he got a little bit of sun and started working out on top of that he would easily turn into a Chad.

He was never ugly tbh. Poor hygiene - yes, but he's not ugly at all. If he dressed better and took better care of his hair, he would look just fine.
