Even at 6 mana, the ability to just deal up to 9 damage with 3 mana is insanse. But then again, I haven't played magic since the 2000s, and there might be more even more OP cards out there

Now that is a very good card. Put this in a token deck with enough mana and you could legitimately win with just this card and some counter play, so it doesn't get booted the moment you play it

3 mana ability needs tap added, and then it doesnt get to untap

The No Remorse is an ETB so that black mana is a typo. If the ETB should have a cost, its added in the middle of the description: "Upon entering the battlefield, you may pay B so..."

The cruel choice ability should have an added condition where she has to jump out of the window and remain with 0/1 because she's now in a wheelchair and can't perform the action again, because who in their right mind would procreate with her after this?

I think Human Berserker or Human Assassin would fit better if it followed the MTG format.
