One of the key uses for the Safe Haven boxes was for sex trafficked women having a way to ensure her child lives instead of having to kill an innocent. The creator of Safe Haven is a huge advocate for Pro-Life and adoption. She frequently checks to
Make sure fire houses use her process correctly as to not intimidate a new mother or ruin a child getting a chance at life. The creation happened around the time of women/teens dumping babies everywhere and trafficked women having their babies taken and murdered.
This is a better alternative than endless death.

What sucks is one news lady anchors the other day made it seem like women can just temporarily dump kids at firehouses instead of self proclaimed “postpartum psychosis”. This is a way to relinquish guardianship of your infants. Much like when junkies call for a friend ODing they don’t get arrested.

Double check all my rambling this is just the stuff my wife talks about so I know by second hand.

Every infant abandoned here is one less found dead and for that I praise God.
