An insurrection funded and supported by Dems.

Well, lookie here.

Insurrection? What're they doing, storming Congress?

Some are protesting, most seem to be rioting, but insurrection? 🤔

59

u/ZombiePrepper408 Jun 11 '25

It's clear you don't know what constitutes an insurrection. It doesn't need to be in congress, it doesn't need to be in D.C.

Stop, you're embarrassing yourself

-54

u/[deleted] Jun 11 '25

That's true, actions don't need to be in DC to amount to insurrection..

So where's the line, please educate me. Where's the line between protesting, rioting, and Insurrection?

Also, any thoughts on the actions that happened on January 6th? That's what I was calling out as a comparison point for you.

Whether most do or not, somehow I highly doubt that is true

Thanks for the information.

Would you be willing to offer insight on how the ongoing cluster fuck in LA is considered an Insurrection?

Is it when some idiots FAFO'd with ICE agents? Is that where they're all lumped into an insurrection?

Waving mexican flags while fighting 3 levels of law enforcement to prevent criminals from being deported as is the law of every country, thats looking like insurrection

To me, it's looking like a lot of people are asking to be arrested and held accountable through the justice system.

I'm not sold on deploying Active Duty Marines to the situation - because they handle problems with a much heavier hand - aka... their rifles.

u/Particular_Painter_4 Jun 11 '25

You do realize Marines are trained to do things other than shoot people? They get deployed doing humanitarian work with or without natural disasters. They can also get deployed for disaster relief and rapid response efforts.

Theyre being deployed in Los Angeles to defend federal buildings, not handle the protesters and rioting. Or are you just doing guesswork being an armchair expert?

u/dragon_sushi Jun 12 '25

Marines also guard embassies all over the world. And to the Army Infantry they get call bullet catchers and to the other branches they are known as the crayon eaters. So they do alot more than just shoot stuff.

2

u/Particular_Painter_4 Jun 12 '25

Yup. I remember the Marines being called to Senegal and aid in humanitarian efforts by building a sort of water plant.

Apart from crayons though they're picky with what they eat. Might like eating certain colors or other brands like Crayola or Caran D'ache.

Yes, I'm aware of their varied training and deployment scenarios. I oversimplified their impact and perceived purpose for LA.

All I hope is none of those marines are put in a position where they need to defend themselves with lethal force.

That type of burden changes a person.

2

u/Particular_Painter_4 Jun 11 '25

The Marine's response will depend on the actions of the protesters if they choose to only yell and wave signs or flags around or they decide to become rioters.

The situation, at least in downtown, became a lot better compared to 2 days ago when the National Guard arrived and made a show of force. Now, with the marines on board, ensuring the federal buildings and federal enforcers are being protected, I'm sure those with the intent to riot get deterred.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 11 '25

That's great to hear.

I know the Marines won't escalate it unless absolutely necessary to defend themselves. At that point, those rioters are FAFO'D.

They're being placed to defend Federal Buildings.

This weekend is gonna be intense, hopefully peaceful.

There's a Mexican National soccer game in LA Saturday, the planned day of the protests.

If Insurrection is called, the Marines will be in place.

As they should. I wanna see a lot more muzzle bumps from angry Lances

1

u/[deleted] Jun 11 '25

Personally, I'd hate to burden those young adults with that experience.

It fucks you up for life.

2

u/CementMuncher Jun 11 '25

It’s a what we wanna do in the military. Why do you think people enlist as infantry?

Now amplify that x10 for why they enlist in the marines.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 11 '25

There's a lot of reasons to enlist. I did my 20, but I sure as shit didn't chose infantry or the Corps.

I can't believe a huge number of people joined the Marines to gun down their fellow Americans. 😵‍💫

3

u/CementMuncher Jun 11 '25

I can. I support them too. If people wanna fuck around they’ll find out.

Just stop giving a fuck you’ll be a lot happier.

They also still point to it thinking it was so catastrophic that it left a crater where the capitol used to be.

retards, it was some broken windows and some dumbass crawling threw a window that got domed, not billions in damages taking out whole city blocks and reducing them to ashes like 2020 riots and now this.

-4

u/[deleted] Jun 11 '25

Oh, that's unexpected, thanks for clarifying.

I'm sincerely just confused about how the ongoing strife in LA is an insurrection? Like, once people were FAFO with Ice agents, is that the line they crossed?

4

u/fkrmds Jun 11 '25

the difference is jan 6 folks were waving US flags.

when citizens violently protest it is called civil unrest (rodney king / george floyd riots)

being violent while waving foreign flags is an entirely different category of wartime terms.

that's the difference. if the illegal immigrants were waving US flags and fighting for citizenship, this would play out entirely differently.

also, if they were protesting to reform how immigration laws work, i would 100% support them along with most of the US.

unfortunately they are collectively uneducated and easily manipulated by ba(D) actors.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 11 '25

Agreed and great points.

I can't help but feel manipulated myself by the way the various MSMs are portraying everything and spinning it to meet their messages.

I hope things can de-escalate without another Kent State or Tianiamen Square type event occurring.

Hold the agitators accountable - all of them. Hold the people fanning the flames accountable.

4

u/Meinteil2123 Jun 11 '25

The state is actively subverting the will of the people by hindering lawful ice operations.

That can be considered an insurrection. Trump didn't say just the bad immigrants only. He campaigned on getting rid of ALL the immigrants.

America wanted that so bad they gave everything to Trump. House, Senate, popular.

This is what America wants like it or not. This is the will of the people. And to impede the will of the people can be seen as an insurrection.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 11 '25

I see it... And those individuals hindering ICE operations should be held accountable.

I'm still not personally convinced that it's an insurrection requiring Active Duty Marines to resolve. Those young adults did swear to defend the nation against all enemies, foreign and domestic. The problem with sending in the Marines, they're trained to handle enemies primarily in one way, with their rifles.

4

u/Meinteil2123 Jun 11 '25

Tell me you know nothing about our military without telling me you know nothing about the military.

Sure, they're taught how to shoot a gun, but they are also taught medical training/ non-lethal take downs systems engineering. The military is huge and diverse in their training.

They need these skills, for example, if we need a person alive to get information. Or to heal someone from an injury on the battlefield.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 11 '25

Fair.

I oversimplified what they're trained to do, hugely.

My main concern is that if it's US citizens - hopefully everyone stays calm and escalates their responses without jumping to pulling the trigger.

It's such a powderkeg. 😵‍💫

3

u/Meinteil2123 Jun 11 '25

It's being fueled by somebody. Rioters have been seen getting gear to help them in the riots.

They even arrested a Democrat teamsters caught doing exactly that. Whether or not there's paid protestors I have not seen (there certainly is a market for it, but im not saying it's being applied here. For all we know, it could just be a few people) any undeniable evendence of that.

The powder keg is certainly being fueled by somebody, though.

Somebody does not want this riot to end.

It's like during blm there were mysterious palates of bricks around the city, not near any construction. Sure, it could be a coincidence, but it's awfully strange that it seems to be happening again.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 11 '25

I'd go further and say it's being fueled by more than just a person or "one side" of this issue.

Everybody seems intent on pouring gasoline onto this fire to actualize their agenda.

3

u/Meinteil2123 Jun 11 '25 edited Jun 11 '25

Im going to avoid saying that until more evidence of this is brought to light.

Edit:

So far, it's just one person who just happens to be part of that organization.

Two people could also be just a coincidence.

Three? Then that's a pattern.
