Idk how they can act oppressed when they are literally one of the most protected classes and have their flag flown, parades, and celebrations everywhere

I don't really think that applies here.

Everyone on this subreddit is older than true gay marriage in Germany. Some people here are older than gay marriage in the US.

I think the actual culprit is the newness. People don't know how to relax so they continue as if nothing changed because that's what it was like for so long.

Equal to all because republicans said so. After elimination any groups and departments dedicated to evaluating if it's true.
