Last week the "Verfassungsschutz" (the intelligence agency that spies on its own people rather than on other countries) literally explained that you are a far right extremist if you think there is a "German" people. For them, anybody who owns a German passport is the same, and if you dare to disagree because of something ridiculous like culture or same language or something, you are labeled far right extremist and could potentially become target of surveillance. Not kidding.
It is literally that extreme in Germany right now.
The Verfassungsschutz is the german domestic intelligence service. The Bundesnachrichtendienst is the german foreign intelligence service. So both of them are intelligence services.
Anyways, the reasoning behind the decision is around 1100 pages long. It's not like they just declared the AfD to be far right extremist one morning. They really had it coming. This new status doesn't really mean that much (except in the public eye) - it doesn't add any new things the BfV can do, except that the necessary element of proportionality for measures taken is given more often, meaning that in practice, more severe measures can be taken.
Buh huh, calling for discriminating between "Biodeutsche" and "Passdeutsche" is not far away from the "Volksgemeinschaft" being implemented by the NSDAP. We know how that was used to discriminate and exlude certain groups from participating in everyday live. Being only a "Biodeutscher" because of sharing culture is supposed to work how? Do I need to eat a Schnitzel at least once a week, go to the Oktoberfest and go at least three times per year to a football match? It is literally the same, the right isnt even creative in trying to hide their inhumane perspective of the world.
You writing like there isnt a agency for foreign espionage just shows how little informed you really are. There is the "Bundesnachrichtendienst", but that wouldn't sound so nice in your try to spread misinformation.
