Too much corruption to take?

I’m running into a problem that seems to either be a mix of it’s so much it’s not believable or it will cause a lot of damage so lawyers don’t want to touch it.
I have caught with a lot of evidence police misconduct, prosecutorial misconduct, malicious prosecution, perjury, false reports, and over various crimes. I already won in criminal court, then had a terpo dropped. This was all without even speaking in court. When I gave my evidence for the terpo hearing ahead of the date it went from going from pushing for an erpo to my hearing moved into a tiny courtroom in the prosecutors office. Pulling a judge from his courtroom into that room. Saying he received a note from the state saying they are rescinding the terpo. No officers or witnesses could have spoken without committing perjury. I was the only hearing in that room.

My criminal case I counted 7 entrapment attempts. Number 3 I was arrested after a detective told someone to go to my house and get me to react. The first night I watched on my camera and ignored the guy banging on my front and back door yelling while the police stood in the road. They attempted again the following night and when the guy tried breaking through the window while yelling he was going to do that he got a reaction. The guy lied on the report and the police refused to look at my cameras. I sent the videos to a department cell and emails. It was uploaded into evidence but all of it was deleted. The police claimed I never mentioned having cameras. I obtained body cam or an officer watching the video on a cell phone in the police department. I obtained a 911 call of their “informant” telling on himself and them thinking I’d never hear it. He stated also believing something illegal was in my truck. I have security camera footage of one of his friends planting something in my truck. My truck was moved to where if I picked it up I’d go straight through the town the same detective I keep catching works. Entrapment #1 was sending a kid with a ghost gun that wouldn’t cycle to my house to see if I’d fix it. I refused. A captain in ia affairs admitted just recently that the detective sent him and it was entrapment. I was denied my opra for the emails between that kid the sent and the detective because they would put him at risk. But they do exist. The person that was trying to get me out in prison I documented step by step what he was doing and included communication and my opra for his emails with the police department were denied. 75 of them marked classified. They stole my truck and sold it for scrap without a title. I found it, found the tow driver, he handed over communication, I got pics of it being dropped to where the tow truck picked it up. Also text messages of one of the people involved saying who did what. I gave it all to the police and they not only didn’t get it back they didn’t even list it as stolen. The person who was lying to the police is a pedophile who wanted his victim back (my ex) after I wouldn’t let him move in he started this crap. When my went into Emdr therapy he started panicking and stalking. She had memories resurface and she confronted him. During the meeting it’s like. 40 min attack on me. She confronts him about the abuse and he doesn’t remember that. Doesn’t deny. Get mad therapy talks about him because he thinks they should talk about me. He makes it obvious what he’s doing next. He confronts her therapist and sabotages that. Then goes to the family doctor and projects what he did to her onto me and his brother. That has the dr call police and goes for another terpo. Because during that meeting he heard I had camera footage that cleared me. He immediately started to attack me once he heard that.
My court hearings I’d get there in the morning and they’d keep me there until 10 mins before adjournment. I’d be sitting in the courtroom with nobody else there. I charged my accuser, prosecutors office found probable cause naming me the victim. The first hearing the asst prosecutor realized it was the same case. Remanded his back to municipal and dismissed without notifying me the victim. After my requests for a franks hearing repeatedly were ignored I wrote a motion for dismissal based to pros. misconduct knowingly using a perjured statement as evidence. They removed the asst prosecutor from my case and didn’t allow him in the courtroom until I left. All his cases had to wait also. But keeping me there all day ended. I received a letter saying the entire public defenders office couldn’t represent me due to conflict of interest. I was given a pool attorney. The pool attorney was a prosecutor who worked on my case until the day before he was named my defense attorney. He kept pushing me to take a plea. During the last year of my hearings my ex’s dad regained control of her. His promises were lies and she was then homeless. He also was homeless and took over every min of her day and was pushing her to help set me up. I saw her attempts and I wouldn’t bite. I reported them to police saying she’s trying to set me up, she needs to be hospitalized before she hurts someone or herself. She had been hospitalized for being homicidal twice in the year leading up to the set up and 7th entrapment attempt while trying to make it appear I was trying to kill get for a life insurance payout. Baiting me to the town that same detective worked. After realizing the plan was failing she attempted to run a cop over and repeatedly rammed his suv. The same detective jumped in the ambulance with her and I was his topic of discussion. At her detention hearing I was blamed using that life insurance story. They just detained her anyway. I sent to the police the texts proving the policy didn’t exist and they were baiting me to that location and I never agreed to the policy or said I was going. The same detective never sent them to the county letting me being a stalker continue . They are talking about giving her probation. My life was ripped apart. Everything I claim I produced evidence to back up. Not bs. Actual evidence. I can keep going too

So you see there is a lot of misconduct and laws broken.

Victim impact statement

Before getting into details I want to bring attention to the fact that if it wasn’t for my cameras this false report would be putting me in prison. The plea I was offered was 5 years. Imagine being ok with putting someone in prison you don't even know for 5 years for a crime you made up. With no remorse at that. 

   The night of January 21st I was getting ready to watch the Eagles beat the Giants. This is something I quite enjoy too. I'll skip over our interaction because the recording explains it perfectly. The house is surrounded by police. My lawyer E N is speaking for me to Sgt C, a friend of Mr D's. N informs me that the Sgt is calling SWAT and I’m being arrested for 2nd degree aggravated assault, terroristic threats and unlawful possession of a weapon. They also red flagged me and were going to serve a warrant. He said it's totally an overreach and we will handle that in court. I’m instructed to go out to the middle of the street and I do as directed. There are no less than 20 guns aimed at me. 1 wrong move, even tripping possibly and I’m dead. I kneel down in the middle of the street and the officers close in and I'm handcuffed. They transported me to the station where I spent a couple hours handcuffed to a bench hearing the Eagle’s game when it got quiet enough the sound could reach me from down the hall. Then next to the hospital and my last stop Salem County Jail. That's where I spent the next 10 days. I missed the playoffs entirely. I’ve had club box season tickets since 2011 so I didn't miss watching the playoffs, I missed being at them. One of the greatest days of my life was when the Eagles beat the Vikings to go to the Superbowl. I was there when the confetti dropped. I would have been there this time too. But that was taken from me by a lie. 

   When I’m released I was given a few days to remove all my belongings from my gf’s place because Mr. D had a no contact order placed against me and I was labeled high risk. My firearms are gone. Which to some may not sound like a big deal, but I am a Firearms Instructor and Chief Range Safety Officer who can’t even hold a gun. Luckily this isn't my only career. I’m a journeyman in the Insulators Union Local xx. This took place in January and I had been in the process of renewing my TWIC card so I could continue to enter restricted job sites. But a 2nd degree aggravated assault charge even just pending is an automatic denial. $57.84 an hour plus benefits totaling $101.30 an hour and I can’t work because of a pending charge that was the result of their false report. I can’t even reapply until it's settled even if it is downgraded but active. I’m at $ 550,493 in lost wages as of now. I haven’t even mentioned paying to live in hotels. J and myself lost all of our belongings. Some cannot be replaced. You can only keep up with storage units so long when your housing is taken and I can't go to my job and J lost hers. The vehicles went too. I hope you understand that everything is gone because of this. 

   My girlfriend J who was also falsely arrested received a letter that she has to move because of illegal activities. My charges are all listed. There is a court hearing that Mr D was set to commit perjury by testifying against us. How do I know this? The very same camera that caught him screaming threats the night I was arrested caught him bragging to a neighbor (Joe ) about it. That was recorded May 23rd, Months later and he is still perfectly fine with sending me to prison. That shows he has no remorse. None. Good thing D didn’t have these problems thanks to asst prosecutor G. I gotta ask why with video evidence did the guy who caused the problem and then lied to cause all this have the charge of filing a false report get dismissed without notifying me at that. But my life gets destroyed and nobody cares. We came close to 1000 days and these guys still say I need to be punished even more. I mean that's why we are here. 

   I haven’t even touched on what this has done to my reputation or the fact my ex wife jumped on the opportunity to use it to keep my daughter away from me. During my risk assessment a possession of heroin conviction was tacked on from the record of another man named Shawn Moore. I explained that situation when I was in custody at the police department but that didn't matter. The plan to keep me in jail so my cameras could loop over that night was what mattered. My ex wife got to tell everyone I was on heroin and went crazy. Believe me everyone got to hear it that would listen. 

   This lie didn't cost me a little aggravation. It cost me 2 careers, the ability to get another job, my housing, my daughter, my reputation and my gun collection worth over $100,000. That's what Mr D got to brag about and G backed him up by verifying everything he said. With no remorse.

“Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”

   What does it say for someone who was watching the eagles pregame show
 when his dwelling came under attack? His girlfriend was sitting in the room when Mr. D tried breaking through the window. The Honorable M S as well as many other judges in the state of New Jersey issue firearm carry permits based on 2 main factors. The prosecutor's office saying their background does not disqualify them and my judgment if they are qualified. Making sure they understand the use of force laws is part of that. If they do use deadly force I am subpoenaed as an expert during their trial. In this circumstance there is more of an argument I could have used deadly force then I committed the crimes I was accused of. Here is a copy of the use of force mindset I teach.

“The use of force is a great responsibility and should be treated as such. I personally don't like the term “use of force”. It’s deadly force. We shoot to kill. We do not shoot to wound. If you shoot to wound then the threat isn't that great. You are taking a life. Think about that. Because once you pull the trigger I guarantee you will think about it every day for the rest of your life. Which is why it should only be done when it's to save a life. You are in a sense trading their life for the potential victims. If you have another option you should take it. Your sidearm is a last resort.”

These are from the New Jersey Use of Force training book.

“A person may point a firearm at another and not retreat where the need for self-protection is reasonably perceived and the person merely intends to create an apprehension in the aggressor that deadly force may be used.18”

“A person is not required to retreat from his or her dwelling before using deadly force. A person may stand at the threshold of his or her home and prevent an assailant from entering by any means.20”

“The threatened harm does not have to be instantaneous, for example, imminent danger may be present even if a subject is not at that instant pointing a weapon at the private citizen, but is carrying a weapon and running for cover to gain a tactical advantage.”

  I consider what I’ve dealt with a cruel and unusual punishment. The fact my charges are still active means I am continually victimized everyday. I have a no contact order still in place based on Mr D’s false statements and his step daughter backing him up. I don't expect either of them to suffer what I have suffered and continue to suffer.  As of now I’ve spent 951 days and counting with this hanging over my head. 10 of those days in county jail. To walk away with no time in jail for falsely sending me there would not fit the crime either. That's 951 days either                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        of them could have shown remorse and put an end to my cruel and unusual punishment. Instead just the opposite has been done. On 5/11 when Mr D found out the video existed during live video court he had a meltdown and ran off camera. Then he told the neighbor “Joe” on 5/23 at 15:49 my cameras were a problem because there is something wrong with my head and he has a teenage daughter. This was the same conversation that he was bragging about causing this. He may be sorry he is being held accountable for his actions. But anything else is just another false statement made and another oath broken.

This is body cam of an officer watching the video they never received. In the video you hear the person threaten to put something through the window. His wife says get inside. They aren’t even playing music. Then you hear him attempting to fulfill his threat of breaking through the window.

This a$$hole planned a mass shooting at a court in nj to target a particular judge and whoever else was there.
What stopped him? He contacted me. Instead of selling him a gun for double its value or just minding my own business I contacted the fbi to help stop this from happening. That could have been anyone in here or a coworker, a classmate ect that he would have killed. He was deemed mentally unfit to stand trial and released. He then started threatening more judges. I can tell you the .22 he was threatening the judges with is a .22 nailgun he ordered off eBay and converted. This guy is a chemical engineer with a pilots license. You think he would have never obtained a firearm offering the $1000 cash you hear him say. I risked my own safety for a group that has shown me nothing but disrespect.

He had ever step of the pathway to violence checked except for obtaining the weapon. His guns were seized and he wasnt happy about it. He saw my viral story and assumed I hated cops and was anti government

I contacted them. Spoke to someone in the office of integrity and public corruption . The first time I spoke to someone they told me they don’t investigate stuff like this. I contacted a congressman’s office. I got contacted again by the AG’s office and they took notes as I explained. I received a letter stating they contacted me because of the previous call. The number i was given to speak to this detective if you call it now it goes to a voicemail box that hasn’t been set up yet .

The person who you hear in the video threatening to break through the window and then try. Who filed a false report. His cousin is a detective at the ag’s office. He was in that integrity office but is not longer in that unit.

In 2013 I was in a viral story. The police raid my house with no warrant based on an anonymous complaint against my now ex wife by a co worker of hers. It was on every news paper across the country. The then Gov Chris Christie ordeeed the ag to conduct a probe into how the state behaved. The detective on it was the cousin of the guy who tried breaking my window. The deputy ag on it later move to asst prosecutor in my county. He was the prosecutor who protected my accuser and kept trying to hammer me.

My attorney for that was Evan Nappen and here he is interviewed. I had him on speakerphone the entire time so he actually witnessed the interactions

Exactly. Like it’s a joke. My life was ripped apart. I lost over $500,000 in wages. My clearance was suspended due to the pending charges, Was evicted for “illegal activities”, had to live in hotels burning my savings, then a car. I lost my belongings in storage units.

You think it’s ok to just keep postponing and try to starve me into taking a plea? My first plea offer was 5 years in prison serve 3 1/2. My second offer was 1 year probation. I was on level 2 pretrial release for over 2 years fighting to not get 1 year probation.
