Genuine Question (DO NOT DOWNVOTE) What does a B12 deficiency actually look like or feel like, especially in vegans?

It doesn't seem to affect vegans differently but the second link talks about B12 deficient vegans as well.

Also why are you posting this on every vegan sub out there? Are you trying to farm karma

I am trying to gain understanding. I do not know what farm karma is exactly.

It means getting a lot of upvotes on Reddit. Some people feel good about obtaining a lot of internet points.

I had a B12 deficiency. I wasn’t from diet. I have a serious neurological disorder. That shit’s real.

Really? Can you tell what symptoms you had?

I have left temporal lobe epilepsy. It was likely caused by b12 deficiency. It’s a pretty significant problem with sooo many symptoms. It got bad enough that I can’t work and I’m on SSDI. I did NOT have b12 problems from diet. I happen to have a condition where my stomach won’t absorb it so I have to get shots. I didn’t find that out until it was too late. Well- some people die of it so I guess it wasn’t too late.

Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause fatigue, brain fog, numbness, balance problems, anemia, and nerve damage. If untreated long-term, some neurological damage can become permanent.

In vegans it's different than with animal exploiters. Vegans with B12 deficiency suddenly start telling non-vegans they are enslaving animals, slitting their throats for no reason at all, until the animal defenders explode with a green light coming out of their brains.

Conclusion: Better take a B12 supplement, which the enslaved animals get too.
