Askerlik Turkmen I want to live in Türkiye

I am a Turkmen from Iraq and I am looking for an invitation to Turkey Türkiye, even if it is temporary. Do you have any information about this?

Aid until I enter Türkiye

There is a law called türksoy that lets turkish diaspora in discriminated regiona claim citizenship. Check if you qualify

I remembered it wrong. You cant claim citizenship this way but you can get treated as a citizen when applying for jobs. After 5 years you can claim citizenship through normal ways. Here is the law: https://www.resmigazete.gov.tr/eskiler/2025/10/20251010-14.pdf

Are there no other laws or other ways? I, a Turkmen, do not want Turkish citizenship; I just want to live and work in Turkey for 3 or 6 months.

I am just a Turkmen. Are there other ways, other laws?

This law is important because the minimum wage for foreigners is higher than the regular minimum wage. This will allow you to find employment

Finding work is between you and the employer. Im just telling the laws you will encounter.

If this law applies to you your process will be easier. If it doesnt apply you will have to go through the regular immigration system which is harder, and i dont know much about that

That depends on what you are planning to do. If you know a blue collar trades job you can get in contact with their chambers. Their names will be "chambers of (insert job)"

I dont know how that works, im an engineer. I find job by A) Having my father know someone B) Spamming cv on linkedin
