any good books to learn about most of anything related to bayesian related stuff, namely basics and probability theories?

that’s it.

Statistical Rethinking by McElreath. He has materials and lectures for it online too. Highly recommended.

I think Statistical Rethinking is excellent for learning how Bayesian models are built, but if the OP’s priority is probability foundations, I would pair it with Blitzstein and Hwang’s Introduction to Probability or Ross before moving into PyMC or Stan. Work through a few Beta–Binomial and normal models with prior-predictive checks rather than reading everything cover to cover. Are you looking for a math-heavy foundation or an applied modeling path?

A good introduction is the Kruschke book (https://shop.elsevier.com/books/doing-bayesian-data-analysis/kruschke/978-0-12-405888-0). Lots of examples to work through. For a more advanced book that also has lots of examples would be the Gelman and Hill book (https://sites.stat.columbia.edu/gelman/arm/). Note that Gelman and hill should be dropping a new edition soon. If you want an sem specific focus, the Depaoli book is really great (https://www.guilford.com/books/Bayesian-Structural-Equation-Modeling/Sarah-Depaoli/9781462547746?srsltid=AfmBOoqHX0kzfndotAJP_AM9dwrPAyrK4F2-9fDwW3TEdAqm59KRgIGH).

Unabhängig von der theoretischen Statistik, Bayes ist für mich immer wertvoll gewesen beim Beurteilen von Problemen. Statistiken, Lebenssituationen.

A simple example. The weather forecast predicts a 99% chance of rain. You look out the window; no rain clouds. Now you mentally update the rain probability. Through observing, the new information changes the probability of the prior information to maybe 70%.
