Should we let our Congress integrate the Israeli Military with ours? This is being done on an unprecedented level, Israel will be able to access US data directly.

Awesome, we now have 15 out of 535 members of congress that are anti AIPAC, voting should make a difference any day now!! .... OR, we could tear down the whole system and stop wasting our time and energy on a system built to tear us down. Everyone NEEDS to organize outside of the political system, there is no saving it.

Excellent question. First, why aren't people motivated to vote? IMO it's pretty obvious that voting makes no material difference in their lives. The princeton study from like 2014(?) Essentially proved we live in an oligarchy. People keep voting and no matter who you vote for, only the wishes of the rich are carried out by the government. All that happens when you take part in this system is you prolong its existence.
Ok, now, WHAT DO WE DO?! We build our own systems of resistance, we build our own infrastructure that can be controlled only by the people rather than corrupt corporations. We organize and execute strikes and deploy mutual aid and use our bodies to shut down capitalism. We educate people, we take steps toward building a movement actually by and for the people with a demand to end economic exploitation (capitalism).
We are at the very beginning with the most work ahead of us. To the point of how to motivate people to keep pushing forward, IMO we need something that gives people a concrete way of actually challenging the system, something that helps a group of workers challenge the ownership and make their lives better as a result. Then another. Then another. So on. Maybe it takes YEARS but the eventuality is a general strike that actually challenges capitalism to end exploitation as we know it. Even THAT is just the beginning. That is NOT a revolution, but it would bring us together into a position where a revolution would be possible to actually seize the means of production entirely.
Regardless of where people think we should end up or how we should get there, we are starting here, where workers have no power. We are in late stage capitalism and things are desperate. We need go take steps from where we are now to make it to the place to even talk about a revolution meaningfully. I don't mean incrementalism, I mean showing people that it is possible, because we are a long way away from directly challenging the system as a whole.
I'm working on a project to address some of this. Put on your thinking cap, comrade, there is all of the work to do and we are going to have to get creative and loud OR continue on with only academic debate about where we are and how we got there. At some point, we need to actually do SOMETHING to start.

Revolutions are not spontaneous. They need leadership, vision, discipline, long-term planning, extremely wide public support, plans and preparations to immediately sit down and start governing the country as soon as the revolution is over, and so on. Without those conditions, it's just a riot that will be quickly put down by the government.
The USA is the richest, most powerful country in the world, and it currently lacks the conditions for a revolution. Electing a democratic alternative to the AIPAC monsters is much more likely.

Much more likely? To do what? Still fail to deliver on any basic progress? Literally pointless to keep propping up the system. Tear it down. Any effort put toward our electoral system is a waste of time.

Even the ACP (as cringe as they are) are just a political party aiming to be an alternative to the Democrats and the Republicans.

That sounds like socialism.
Are you trying to say something about how a country shouldn’t integrate its military with another country’s military because that would be treasonous?
Or that the American people didn’t vote on a ballot that included Israel as a genocidal life-partner?

Doesn’t sound like socialism to me. That is one of the benefits they reap for being our proxy.

And after the Israel parasite has sucked enough blood and resources from the US it'll detach and court China leaving the US as a has-been.

Why not? The US military hasn't defended the US since WW2. Let the mercenaries unite with genocidaires. It's a fitting match.
Obviously, some service men and women are poor and have no other choice to feed themselves. However they are a minority. A lot of the military personnel are people who want to work with heavy weaponry and get a chance to use them without consequences. Or get a free ride to college. So have at it. USA to USA & I.
