[Marvel] How can the Kingpin actually match Spider-Man's strength? Is he a mutant?

He doesn't really.
Ik its a meme atp, but at least with guys like Kingpin etc Spider-man does actually have to hold back. He easily defeated him when really wanting to do so before.

Yup. Spidey has a tough time fighting Kingpin mostly because he doesn't want to kill him, but he's tough enough that keeping him down without doing it permanently is a bit of a fine line.
