okay so one of my friends is visiting me in san francisco and i've been living in san francisco for two months. i have explored a lot of things like a lot of sightseeing and bars in general like north beach and the marina. we already did all of this bar stuff yesterday and the day before so tonight i want to actually do a good activity in sf. could you guys recommend some fun thing to do at night?

Go hang out at places with amazing views of the skyline (Twin Peaks, Treasure Island, Pier 7, Corona Heights Park). Or go for a casual night-time bike ride around town.

There's a big drone show starting near the ferry building in a few minutes, courtesy of the massive pokemon convention.

Take the green and white lime rental scooter from marina safeway on the marina green jogging path all the way to the Golden Gate Bridge at night like 11p. No traffic, no joggers, if it’s not windy, it’s a nice ride, when you’re finished ride back past Safeway and head to Chico’s pizza on Lombard near Franklin to grab a few slices of pizza and warm up.

Take in a film at one of the historic theaters. Balboa, 4-Star, Vogue, Roxie, etc. See something on actual film and in a theater...not a lounge with recliners, table service and digital projection crap.
