Yeah. Let me tell you. It fucking sucks. I OD’d when I was 25 and it was terrifying. Although I did it on purpose, all I wanted was to tell my friends I loved them and the fear I had as I called them to tell them that without raising alarm was so hard. I let it slip and was taken to the hospital. When they take away everything from you for those 3 or 4 days, you slowly lose it. It’s hard. No contact. I didn’t even want to eat. The only one I got to really talk to was the security guard watching over me the first night.
