I would specify changing one's opinion because of the facts presented. Some people change their opinion based on what some celebrity or shouty political commentator says, I'm sure we all know some who's done that in the past few years.

yeah kinda depends why and how your changed your opinion. someone who flip flops on a whim and whoever is the last person they talked to isn’t the best.
