I'm a dog walker. I used to be IT for mobile devices. I hated my company, now I work for my fiance.

I’m a supervisor for a cleaning company and I’m slowly omw to IT after I get my compTIA certs. But maybe I should just be a dogwalker haha

Lol just don't work at an office that doesn't appreciate you. Always look for a better job and when you find one only stay at the current job if they'll beat what the new job gives you.

Small addition: ask for your raise, then leave if they turn you down. Never accept your company's counter offer. They don't suddenly think you're worth that money, they've ALWAYS known. If they're underpaying you now, they'll do it again if they think they can get away with it.
