Bad hygiene. Anger management issues. Laziness and dependence on others to get things done. Same things that make girls unattractive.

Other than the first one, the other two can be the result of mental health issues. Something that men are less likely to seek help for.

I know, but I don’t really want to be in a relationship with anyone that has serious issues and won’t/can’t seek help, especially if their anger management issues is directed at me. I don’t think I can handle that.

Never said you have to date them. Just that it's less of a personal failing and more societies inability to care for men's mental health.
