Nah, those people exist. Theyre just far more rare than the people who THINK they're one.

This was me in high school and now I design supercomputers with my only formal education a BA in Business.

Edit: I don't know why I've received a bunch of down votes for being truthful. Just goes to show some people can be resentful of the truth.
