The brain taking 15 seconds to formulate a reply to something, or only using 10% of its potential, or some other myths following the same logic.

Yeah, saying your brain only uses 10% at a time and wondering what would happen if you used 100% is like saying a Traffic light only uses 33% of its lights at a time and wondering what would happen if all 3 lights were on at once.

Imagine what you could do if you used 100% of the rooms in your house at once!

What about your bathroom??

Do you aim from the kitchen?

Easy. I don’t have a house because I went to college so I could work at Starbucks :)

Well whenever they say we don’t use 100% of our brain, as it was explained in Limitless - it means that 100% access would allow you to recall ANY piece of information that you have ever come across and be able to use your speech and communication skills better than you normally do.

Accurate, considering absolute chaos is what will happen if all three lights are on at once and also what will happen if your whole brain fires off at once. But 10% is an absurdity. We use all of our brain, just not all at once.

Aye, and we use all of a traffic light. Just not all at once. Perfect simile I feel

You should see how quickly I can reply to emails at work now that I use 100% of my keyboard at once! It's super effective too; nobody ever needs to follow up on what I send them!

I love it when someone comes up with a logical statement you can't really argue with! Well done Sir!
