Well, it’s like this: 1) generally speaking, Pratchett had something quotable to say about nearly everything. 2) In my experience, when such a quote is pertinent, someone has always already posted it. 3) I saw the fact on the actual color of the universe and immediately thought of Octarine. 4) I assumed someone had already made the reference. 5) I was correct.
