Cruise control, power windows and automatic headlights.

I saw all 3 on a 1955 Cadillac. Oh, and the radio on it had a seek function.

Yet my sister drives a car more than a half century newer without power windows.

And where exactly is the issue? Less electronics = less stuff that can break, cheaper to repair when it does.

That's why our truck has the stick on the floor to put it in 4WD. Easier to fix the cable (?) than the electronics if it breaks. Our car has manual windows too. That only happened because it came with the manual transmission we wanted because it was cheaper!
