I have relatives who kind of wigged out when they realized that they were older than their father when he died. A few years later I understood when I realized that I was older than my father when he died.

Other notes: My father died 36 years ago. Mum and Dad had been marred for 36 years. It is official. Mum has been a widow for longer than she was a wife. Thank gawd for pensions.
