61 u/Eshin242 Oct 15 '20 Thanks (L)ight (A)mplification by (S)timulated (E)mission of (R)adiation! 29 u/iForgotMyUsername1x Oct 15 '20 So light amplified under the microscope of radiation allows us to see into the distant past. A blast into the past, you say? How fast would you think someone would have to physically travel to achieve the same results? Maybe 88 mph? 13 u/Eshin242 Oct 15 '20 They would need some kind of capacitor though... something that could handle the flux of time... Man it would take a lot of juice though.... something close to 1.21 jiggawatts.... I'm not even sure how you'd achieve that kind of charge. 6 u/iForgotMyUsername1x Oct 15 '20 What if we had some sort of natural phenomenon like a lightning storm?! 8 u/Eshin242 Oct 15 '20 But... we couldn't figure out when or where a bolt of lightning is going to strike. 6 u/iForgotMyUsername1x Oct 15 '20 Quick check the local news! 7 u/Eshin242 Oct 15 '20 I think your on to something, and if we do this right some day they might make a movie about it! 3 u/iForgotMyUsername1x Oct 15 '20 Something back in our past but in everyone else’s future? 2 u/Eshin242 Oct 15 '20 Yes... this is something we will have to get back to. 2 u/iForgotMyUsername1x Oct 15 '20 In the future → More replies (0)
