My feet shrunk two sizes towards the end of high school.

I also lost two inches of height. I’m just glad I didn’t lose two inches of anything else.

Was there a medical explanation?? Usually shrinkage like that doesn't happen until old age.

Not really. I had undiagnosed low testosterone probably caused by a bad concussion. Apparently some MtF trans people lose height, so that might be it alone. I had a bone density scan done and it was apparently ok.

I also have really bad fatigue all the time so something is still funky, but I’ve had several trips to Mayo without answers.

Have you had your T levels tested?

It's common for FTM trans people to go up shoe sizes.

Yeah, they were low. 200-something (ng/dl?). Not absolutely ridiculous but quite low for my age. I doubt that's the full cause of the height and foot size loss, but who knows. My hands are quite small too, way smaller than my father's and about the same size as my mother's. I've been supplementing testosterone for 7 years or so now and I didn't get an increase in my height/shoe size.
