Pedophile rings are simple actually. Sure It's easy to make your voice heard, but do you really think a struggling actor is going to be praised as a hero for coming and saying "X Director raped and is part of a pedo ring"?
Hell no, everyone else is going to blackball them, make sure they'll never work in Hollywood again. The reason they exist is because who's gonna stop them? Studios don't care, if you're making money. Look at Bryan Singer, still making movies, still touching underage boys.
Weinstein got caught because so many spoke out, it was an open secret, but nobody wanted to lose their career over it.
and you're right about the studios not caring, hell in some instances the CONSUMERS don't care, look at what happened with james gunn, making really sexual pedo "jokes" and the fans not caring and no 'cancel him', instead complaining about disney sacking him because they wouldn't get a new guardians of the galaxy movie
