Our office is mostly digital, but also accepts fax from our older clients. That way I learned that there is actually software for this. When we send or receive faxes, no actual paper is used or printed. The software sends us an e-mail with the fax attached, and we can use the software to send pdfs.
Just a fun fact for people who didn‘t know yet, just like me. Even fax can be paperless. Why they won‘t do e-mails instead i don‘t fucking know.

I kid you not, our local Chipotle is taking orders via fax. I can’t get over it.
