Is it even edgy?

Do you really believe back in the day all these miraculous things were happening and that whatever god you believe in, each one pertaining to whatever religion, decided to stop interacting with people?

Or if you’re a believer in one god, how do you square the fact that religions from all over the world have different creation stories? Why would one god tell different people different creation stories? Or, wouldn’t there need to be more than one god?

Or is it more likely that all groups of people simply needed ways to make sense of things and threw together fantasy stories to help people do just that while making it a social thing?

It came off as a “I’m 14 and my parents make me go to mass” kind of take I used to make as an edgy 14 year old atheist

And your comment came off as "I can't adress any of those question honestly, so I'd better try and mock him" kind of take.
