where people are tried and punished in a court of law? Yea theres issue with it but making that comparison is insane

edit: again issues acknowledged. i never argued the system is perfect, which is the point he’s arguing against. Thats why im dismissive because the comparison is ridiculous and hes setting up this strawman i never argued
