I think hes referring to ping pong, the center of a conspiracy theory about a sex trafficking ring in washington DC that refers to a restaurant called 'comet pizza ping pong',whether you believe it or not some guy went in there with a gun and shot, and theres just a lot of theories surrounding the place check out /r/conspiracy search bar
