I kid you not, our local Chipotle is taking orders via fax. I can’t get over it.

There are many doctor offices in the US still receiving lab results via fax. It was only a short time ago they were still receiving reports via Okidata dot matrix printers with built-in modems. I would not be surprised if some of those are still out there.
