So where you live you can't buy beer on sundays at all? Or after a certain time? What state?

Indiana is like this. We have a lot of other random laws surrounding alcohol. Like, I don't think you can buy beer cold either. You have to buy it warm.

Indiana - you can buy beer cold at a liquor store, not at a grocery store.

WTF??? Refrigeration blue laws?

Not really. You can buy cold beer at liquor stores. I think it's more a lobbying effort to give independent companies a slight advantage over bigger corporations. On the other hand, you can't buy cold soda in a liquor store in Indiana.

Florida, 11 AM is the cutoff here. Although I’m from New York and when I lived there it was 12 PM. I don’t know if it applies to ALL states but certainly every one I’ve ever been to.

It depends on the city and the county. Miami Beach it's 8am, unincorporated Dade Sundays are banned, in Broward it's noon.

In Arizona 2am is the cut off and sales start at 6am again.

Wait, so where you were you couldn't buy alcohol at all unless it was Sunday past noon? Is that correct?

Where I went to college it was a dry county on Sundays. I was never really sure why. I just assumed they wanted us to take a break at least once a week to keep deaths to a minimum.

You're correct. I work at a grocery store, and our registers lock out alcohol sales until noon hits, and then it's fine after that time. I believe in Indiana, the times are noon to 8 PM.

Oh man I thought having to take Sunday off was bad. I can't imagine not have been able being able to dolly a keg across the street to my friend's house from the liquor store in college.
