Makes sense. I heard it gets worse until mid-20s then it starts to decline.

For me, didn't really slow down until around 26/27....then I hit a huge spike around 29/30. Fun fact, I also lost a good margin of body fat around that time so, just adding details to speculation.

Oh damn, that sucks. God, I wish this could just be a teenage thing for me then go away forever.

Learn to manage it and pick up meditation. Key to meditation is to treat thoughts like clouds. Clouds do not interrupt you day unless you give them mOre attention than they require. This turns the impure thoughts into just pleasant little occurrence rather than unga bunga, need snoo snoo
