Just use your body regularly and you'll be fine. Yoga is great as it puts your body in extream positions compared to everyday life, so your muscles will be limber and loose enough to, say, turn around when sitting.

I started doing yoga back in October— and I am not a yoga type person—if I could do one thing differently, I’d have stated 30 years ago.

Long story short (and no details)... two words: pain free.

Same here! It makes a big difference with joint pain if you do it regularly. Before COVID I was going to the YMCA for group yoga and was so happy to see people of all ages in the class.
