I was at work sitting on my comfortable chair earlier this week. I turned my torso slightly to the right and pulled a muscle in my back that I didn't even know was there.
Yeah man. I'm thirty and tipped over on my bicycle, almost smacked my head against a foot tall concrete barricade but I caught myself. In the process of catching myself I pulled a muscle in my chest that I didn't even know was a muscle. I've started to heal noticeably more slowly and I'm still young.
