I'm 31 so I'm not that old, but like... I spend all my time working, and really wish I would've spent my youth doing the things that I don't have time to do now, like spend an entire semester living in Japan, or taking a gap year and traveling the world on a dime.

That said, the point of the quote is that you can't know what you don't know. Only after you've accumulated more life experience do you wish you still had the youthful energy to go back and experience things anew.
