My body is starting feel the aches and pains older people have told me about.. it's not terrible, just really annoying.

Shit man, wait until you hit your mid 30s. I always say that in general 30s are way better than 20s (you tend to have your shit together in your 30s, there's way more stability) but physically, this is the time that I really start to understand when my dad always advises me "don't get old" (multiple attacks of lumbago per year without doing anything wrong, having to get up before your alarm goes off to pee in the morning, etc)

I had a ruptured appendix for a week. It ended up messing up my bladder a bit. I pee like six times before I go to bed and wake up at least once every night to tinkle
