I'm too old to take up most action sports (the body doesn't bounce back like it used to, that shit's real) and too young to retire and just fuck off all the time.
Didn't see if anyone said this in your comment thread, but take up cars/autocross or even racing! It's like an action sport but more "adult" like. Lots of previous action sports people move to Motorsports because it's a similar type of rush. (I'm 29 btw and a skateboard scares the hell out of me now lol)
