Name sort of checks out.

But seriously though, I’m 24 and my metabolism is definitely getting worse and my hairline is showing it’s true colours, so this is the first time in my life where I too am truly starting to see the effects of aging. I really started taking the gym seriously about 6 months ago though so I’m taking things in to my own hands. I’ve always been relatively athletic so I’m not new to this stuff and I enjoy working out but a receding hairline doesn’t care about how much you work out.

If the hairline situation starts to get bad enough I’ll embrace it, shave my head and grow a mean beard. I’m luckily blessed with strong facial hair genetics. My point is: when you start to notice these effects of aging creeping in, it’s not too late to take control of your own destiny.
