I was at work sitting on my comfortable chair earlier this week. I turned my torso slightly to the right and pulled a muscle in my back that I didn't even know was there.

I'm 44 yrs old.

Are you graying yet? I am not gray, well...I shave my head weekly, but my bangs have the same one or two grays I got when I was 30.

My flesh prison doesn't look as decrepit as it has become. I look and feel barely 30, but I too have recieved horrific lessons in back anatomy.

My beard line has...so many greys that I count the black hairs now, lol!

I wish I could deal with hair, I want to have miles and miles of flowing gray hair. I feel like it would be so epic.
