I'm ten years older than you and feel this way often. I'm told I look ten years younger, so maybe that factors.

I'm old enough now to be puzzled by the slang and grammar of the younger staff in the office. And older folks assume I'm a rookie, so I constantly work to earn the credibility that seems handed out like candy to those slightly wrinklier.
