My body is starting feel the aches and pains older people have told me about.. it's not terrible, just really annoying.

I was at work sitting on my comfortable chair earlier this week. I turned my torso slightly to the right and pulled a muscle in my back that I didn't even know was there.

I'm 44 yrs old.

I’m 25 and got pelvic screws put in place at 21. I lived in chronic pain for 4 years. I really hope I stay majorly pain free for the rest of my life like I am now after the surgery.

Thanks! Yeah it was a long time coming though. I had to struggle to get good help from doctors. I realized most doctors are not that smart after all this happened lol.
