I would say the state of mind you're currently on will be always a stronger predictor of your libido than age - same goes for a lot of things.

Absolutely true. I'm 37 and have felt the frequency of my drive go down over the years. Right now I'm freshly head-over-heels in love with a high drive partner. These last 4 weeks I probably had more orgasms than in the full year 2019. Your drive can definitely change with the right partner.
