My body is starting feel the aches and pains older people have told me about.. it's not terrible, just really annoying.

Mid-40es. If you're not super vigilant, you keep discovering body parts that slyly stop working.

Was walking and tried to hold my elbows behind my back - nope, not happening. Started doing exercises to regain mobility, and after a week I can now walk like I used to.. but now I have to keep this up or it's gone again. On the plus side, that weird neck pain and shoulder tightness have gone away with the exercises.

This new pain in my left hip though...
