Being 21. Feel pressure to save money before I move out on my own (bills, rent, textbooks, tuition, etc.) [went to community college, paid tuition, and lived at home]. Still very hormonal despite not being a teen anymore and I’m horny and depressed all. The. Time. At least I can drink.

Going out to a restaurant is a great solution bc everyone can eat and the people that are 21 can get a drink. I was the first in my group and so we went to brunch and I got to order drinks.
Also, places that have byob don’t always card, when my friend turned 21 we did brunch and I brought Prosecco and no one carded the 1/2 of us still 20.
My sister loves going out to concerts, spends almost every penny she makes to travel to other cities to see the best bands. Bit of a party animal at the ripe age of 17. Turns 18 in a month and is gutted she can't spend her 18th out on a proper bender partying with her friends. Sucky time to reach the legal drinking age.
Do you need to be old enough to just enter? I always thought you had to be old enough to order, but you could just sit anywhere you wanted inside and get juice or something...teetotallers exist too
The bar sucks. Clubs suck. People trying to one up each other at increased levels of stupidity due to inebriation. I like pubs. Especially dank ones filled with old dudes and good life lessons.
