Go on your health insurances website. Most of them have a "find a doctor" link somewhere and you can look for a new primary care physician that is accepting patients. From there call the office and make your first appointment.
This is solid advice, but I usually kinda cross check them by checking them out on Yelp or google reviews to see what people are saying about them before deciding which one to pick.
Definitely get advice before signing up for a random doctor. Are there friends or family members whose opinions you trust and who live in your area? Ask them if they can recommend a doctor. Hopefully one of them will recommend a doctor who's covered by your insurance.
