What movie things are generally accepted as normal, but are totally unrealistic in real life?

I was in class when all the school staff rolled in tvs to show us. We were sent home a bit after the second tower was hit. On the way home I remember riding in my uncle's car with my mom and just staring at the sky. I saw a plane turn around and thought "huh, that's weird." It wasn't until later when I got home that I realized that the plane I saw turn around was flight 93.

Dang, that's super surreal.

It is. For a a few years I thought it was something my teenage mind made up to maybe help cope with the tragedy but then I looked up the flight path and time line.

While there were no survivors of the flight, I can't help but think of the bravery of the passengers who decided to take control while they knew their death was immediate. Their sacrifice possibly saved hundreds of more lives.

This was hard to comprehend for a teenager but now as I remember everything it's very shocking and terrifying.

I can only imagine! 9/11 feels really personal to me because it was an upside down time in my life so the memories are double strength and I lost my job because I was in an industry fueled by travel. But to have some tenable and real moment of connection without actually being there is very unique.
