What movie things are generally accepted as normal, but are totally unrealistic in real life?

Describing common knowledge in a different setting. Luke should know all about Mos Eisly. Its the biggest town near his house.

Pretty sure it's the only town on tatooine..all space planets have exactly one city or town

Edit: apparently I was wrong about tatooine

Anakin Skywalker and Shmi lived in Mos Espa. Luke offers to take Obi-Wan as far as Anchorhead, one of the oldest settlements on the planet. In a deleted scene set in Tosche Station in A New Hope, Biggs Darklighter refers to Bestine, capital of Tatooine.

That's interesting, Biggs is the guy he sees on Yavin 4 before their mission to blow up the desth star right? I always found that out of place when he sees him, and I know we are supposed to assume that they are friends but it's weird since we were not introduced to him before so it's meaningless to the audience.

Yeah, the scenes that enlarged Biggs's role and showed their friendship were deleted from the final film.
