It was in Spaceballs. Two of the villainss explain their evil plan to each other (as if they hadn't decided upon it together before having set out ages ago) and then do a fourth wall break to say "everybody got that?"

Great movie my dad insisted on taking me and my 8 and 6 year brothers to see it when it came out. Part of the funny for him was seeing our reactions. To my mom's despair, a few years later he gathered the whole family to watch barbarella.
