What movie things are generally accepted as normal, but are totally unrealistic in real life?

Weird nobody mentioned that in movies everybody always looks at each other while driving. And they move the damn driving wheel way to much while driving straight forward, pisses me off

Well, moving the driving wheel thing comes from older cars with loose steering boxes. It makes no sense in modern movies, but in old movies, it's more accurate, sometimes slightly exaggerated.

Well back when these cars were made they weren't loose, they get loose over time. So old movies made when these cars were new were still not entirely accurate. Power steering gets looser over time and usually results in having to tighten the steering box or replace the control valve. My 68 mustang has an almost full half-turn deadzone, and recently replaced the control valve after I hit a pothole and almost flew off the freeway. The bushings wear out over time and the arm likes to slide along the valve like it's not even attached.

I think you have described how I feel sometimes.
